🧾 Plans, billing & storage

Showpiece has three plans. Every plan includes galleries, booking, contracts, forms, invoices, the client list and email campaigns, and none of them takes a cut of what your clients pay you. Plans differ in storage, branding, custom domains and team seats.

The plans

Free: 5 GB of storage. Galleries and your portfolio show a small “Powered by Showpiece” badge.

Pro ($14/month, or $140/year): 100 GB, no Showpiece badge, and your own domain for your portfolio and booking page.

Studio ($32/month, or $320/year): 500 GB, everything in Pro, five teammate seats, album guests for second shooters, and 1 TB of RAW archive storage.

Paying yearly gets you two months free.

Upgrade, switch or cancel

  1. Account → Plan & billing shows your current plan and when it renews.
  2. To upgrade, click “View plans & upgrade”, pick a plan and monthly or yearly, and pay on the secure checkout page.
  3. Already on a paid plan? “Manage subscription” on the same page lets you switch plans, update your card, see receipts, or cancel.
  4. If you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. Your photos stay; if you're over 5 GB you just can't upload more until you make room or upgrade.

What counts toward storage

Your original photos and videos count toward your plan's storage. The web previews Showpiece makes for galleries don't. The bar on Plan & billing shows how much you've used.

RAW files you keep in the Archive have their own separate allowance and don't use gallery storage. Studio includes 1 TB; extra terabytes are $15/month each on any paid plan.

If an upload would go over your limit, it stops with a message instead of failing halfway.

Give a month, get a month

  1. Account → Plan & billing has your personal referral link. Copy it and share it with another photographer.
  2. When they sign up through your link and start a paid plan, you each get $14 off a bill (a free month of Pro).
  3. The credit comes off your next bill automatically. If you're on Free, it waits and comes off the bill after your first one once you upgrade. Yearly plans get it off the next yearly bill.
  4. Refer several people and the months stack: on a monthly plan $14 comes off each bill until they're used up; on a yearly plan they're added together on the next bill.

💡 The link has to be used when they sign up. An existing account can't be referred later.
