🔐 Two-factor sign-in & deleting your account
Both live on the Account page. Two-factor sign-in keeps your client galleries, money records and contracts safe even if your password leaks.
Turn on two-factor sign-in
- Account → Account security → Two-factor authentication → “Turn on”.
- Scan the QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…). Can't scan? Type in the key shown under it.
- Enter the 6-digit code the app shows and click Confirm.
- From now on, after your password you'll be asked for a code from the app.
💡 Keep the authenticator app on a phone you'll still have — without it you can't finish signing in. To switch it off, use “Turn off” in the same place.
Change your password
Account → Account security: type a new password (at least 8 characters) twice and click Save.
Delete your account
- First download your data: Account → Your data → Export saves every booking, invoice, contract and client as spreadsheets. Photos download per album with “Download all”.
- At the bottom of the Account page, Danger zone → “Delete my account…”.
- Type your account email to confirm, then “Permanently delete”. Any active subscription is cancelled immediately.
💡 This can't be undone: every photo, gallery, booking, invoice, contract and client record is removed for good.
