👥 Team, second shooters & RAW archive
Studio turns Showpiece into a studio: five teammate seats with real roles, outside collaborators scoped to a single album, and a terabyte of RAW backup.
Team seats & roles
- Team: invite by email and pick a role.
- Members work on content — albums, uploads, galleries, delivery.
- Managers also run the business — bookings, payments & invoices, clients. Billing, portfolio, and account settings always stay with you.
Album guests (second shooters)
- Open the album for the shoot → Guests → invite the photographer by email (uploads on or off).
- They accept with a free account and see exactly that one album — nothing else in your workspace.
- Their uploads land in your album, owned by you. Guests don't use a team seat; revoke access anytime.
The RAW archive
Archive (in the nav) is separate cold storage for the files your galleries don't need but you can't lose — RAWs, full shoot dumps. Folder structure is preserved; files skip previews/tags/galleries and cost a fraction of gallery storage.
Studio includes 1 TB on top of its 500 GB of gallery storage. Extra terabytes are $15/TB/mo on any paid plan.
💡 Rule of thumb: finished JPEGs → album (gallery storage); the RAW folder → Archive.
