🚚 Importing & exporting your data

Switching should take an afternoon, and leaving should never be scary. Both directions are built in.

Import galleries

  1. Export your galleries from Pixieset / ShootProof / Pic-Time as ZIPs and unzip them.
  2. Import (dashboard → Import): pick the parent folder — each subfolder becomes an album, full-resolution, previews generated.

Import clients

  1. Export contacts as CSV from your old CRM (HoneyBook, Dubsado, Studio Ninja, or a spreadsheet).
  2. Clients → Import CSV — name, email, phone, and notes columns are detected automatically and deduped.

Export everything

Account → Your data → “Export business data” downloads a ZIP of CSVs: every booking, invoice, proposal, lead, expense, contract, album, and share link. Photos export per-album at full resolution via each album's “Download all”.
