๐ณ Getting paid
Connect your own Stripe account once (Bookings โ Setup) and every payment goes straight to you โ Showpiece never holds your money. Paid plans keep 100% of every sale; the Free plan has a 5% platform fee.
Deposits
Add a deposit to any service and booking requests require payment up front: the client books, pays in Stripe checkout, and the slot is held the moment they commit. If checkout is abandoned, the hold releases automatically.
Invoices
- Payments โ New invoice: bill a booking balance (prefilled from the service price minus the deposit) or any standalone amount.
- The client pays from a link โ card, or bank transfer if you enable ACH โ no account needed.
- Sales tax (set your rate once in Payments โ Discounts & tax) and optional client tips are handled on the payment page.
- Payment plans: split any invoice into monthly installments; reminders chase each one automatically.
Proposals (quote โ contract โ deposit in one link)
- Payments โ Proposals: build a quote with line items, terms, an optional contract, and an optional deposit.
- The client reviews, signs, and pays in a single page. Accepted proposals advance the client's pipeline stage automatically.
