✉️ Email campaigns

Send one email to many clients at once from Clients → “✉️ Email clients”. Each person gets their own copy, addressed to them, with your booking button and a working unsubscribe link.

Writing and sending

  1. Pick who it goes to: everyone (clients and inquiries), clients who've booked a session, anyone you've worked with in the last year, or choose people one by one. People who unsubscribed are skipped automatically.
  2. Write a subject and message. {first_name} fills in each client's first name.
  3. Add a button (optional): one tap links your booking page, a single service, a mini session, or your portfolio — or type any label and link. If the email mentions a mini session but the button goes somewhere else, you're warned before sending.
  4. Add your mailing address once (a PO box is fine). The law requires it in marketing email; it goes in the small print and is saved for next time.
  5. Click “Send me a test” to check it in your own inbox, then send it for real. The preview on the right shows exactly what clients see.

💡 Shortcut: the “✉️ Email clients” link on any service or mini session (Bookings) opens a draft that already has that booking button. Unsent drafts are kept on your device until you send or start fresh.

Unsubscribes and limits

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Anyone who uses it is left out of future campaigns automatically.

Up to 1,000 people per email, and 3 campaigns a day — enough for real announcements, and it keeps your emails out of spam folders.

After it's sent

  1. You get your own copy by email (“[Your copy] …”), showing exactly what went out and to how many clients.
  2. The Sent list under the composer shows how many were delivered. Failed sends are retried automatically every hour for 48 hours — or click “Retry N failed” to try now.
  3. “Send to people who missed it” (or “Send to more people”) sends the same email to anyone on your list who hasn't had it yet. Nobody who already got it is listed, so no one gets it twice.
