🤝 Clients, contracts & automations

Every inquiry, booking, invoice, and signed contract rolls up under the client's email — the Clients page is your CRM without any data entry.

Leads & pipeline

Your portfolio has a built-in “Work with me” contact form. Inquiries land on the Clients page as leads with a pipeline stage (new → contacted → quoted → booked → delivered) that advances automatically as real things happen — a proposal sent moves them to quoted, a confirmed booking to booked.

💡 Bringing an existing client list? Clients → Import CSV takes any contact export (HoneyBook, Dubsado, a spreadsheet).

Messaging

Every booking has a two-way thread: you write from the Bookings page, clients reply from a link (no account). Both sides get email notifications; you also get push. Saved replies (Bookings → Client tools) drop pre-written responses in with merge fields like {client_name}.

Contracts & e-signatures

  1. Write reusable templates in Bookings → Client tools (starter templates for weddings, portraits, and model releases are pre-loaded).
  2. Attach a contract to a service — clients sign at booking time. Or send one directly by email for a standalone signature.
  3. Signatures record the signer, time, and IP; download any signed contract as a PDF.

Questionnaires & welcome packets

Build intake forms (shot lists, family names, venue details) and send them before a session. Or bundle a welcome guide + contract + questionnaire into one Package link a new client works through as a checklist.

Automations

  1. Bookings → Client tools → Automations: pick a trigger (booking request, booking confirmed, invoice paid, session ended).
  2. Add steps — wait N days, send a saved reply, a questionnaire, or a contract.
  3. A working “booking confirmed → welcome message + questionnaire” automation ships with new accounts; post-session thank-you + review requests run automatically too.
