📇 Client profiles & address book
Every client has a profile that pulls together everything you've done with them — bookings, proposals, invoices, contracts and forms — matched by their email. You never have to enter anything twice.
Adding clients
- Clients → “+ Add client”: an email is required (it's how Showpiece recognizes the same person everywhere); name, phone and mailing address are optional.
- Anyone who books you, gets an invoice or proposal, or fills in your contact form shows up on their own — no data entry.
- Search the list by name, email, phone, or city.
The client profile
- “Open right now” at the top lists what's waiting: upcoming sessions, unpaid invoices (view, copy the pay link, or mark paid), unsigned contracts, unfilled forms, and unanswered proposals.
- The Contact card holds their name, phone and mailing address — click Edit to change it, or “Copy address” to paste it onto a shipping label.
- Send a new invoice, contract or form straight from the profile, or “+ Add a booking” for them.
- Notes are private to you and save when you click away.
- Lifetime value, outstanding balance and a full timeline of everything you've sent them sit below.
The session page
Click any booking (on the profile, on Bookings → Requests, or in a mini session's “Who's booked”) to open its session page: the booking details, the message thread with your client, and every invoice for that session, with suggested invoice lines for the balance.
Import & export
- Clients → Import CSV: any contacts export with an email column works; name, phone and notes columns are picked up automatically. Existing clients only get blanks filled in — nothing you've entered is overwritten.
- Clients → Export CSV downloads your whole address book.
