This policy covers what you pay Showpiece — your Pro or Studio subscription and the RAW archive add-on. Money your own clients pay you is a separate matter, covered at the bottom of this page.
14-day refund, no conditions
If Showpiece isn't right for you, email hello@showpiece.studio within 14 days of a subscription charge and we'll refund it in full. You don't need a reason, and we won't ask you to justify it.
This applies to every charge — your first one, a renewal, an annual plan, or the archive add-on. Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
We don't refund the unused remainder of a billing period, but you can cancel at any time from your billing page and you won't be charged again. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep full access until then — including the ability to export your galleries, client list, and business records.
If something went genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or couldn't use the Service because of a fault on our side — write to us anyway. We'll put it right regardless of the date.
How to request a refund
Email hello@showpiece.studio from the address on your account and tell us which charge you mean. That's the whole process — there is no form and no retention call. We aim to reply within one business day.
Our payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and appears on your statement. Refunds are issued through Paddle, and you can also contact them directly at paddle.net. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.
Payments from your clients
Showpiece is not a payment processor and never holds or routes money your clients pay you. You collect through your own payment provider, so refunds you owe a client are between you and them, on your provider's terms — we can't issue them for you. Print orders placed through a lab partner follow that lab's replacement terms for damaged or defective goods; we'll help coordinate, but the sale is yours.
