🧷 Mood boards

A mood board is a simple shared page of images and links that sets the direction for a shoot: outfits, poses, locations, colors. You make it, send the link, and (if you want) your client adds their own ideas too. No account needed on their side.

Make a board

  1. Go to Mood boards (in the menu) and click “+ New mood board”, then Open it.
  2. Give it a title (“Rivera engagement”) and an optional brief, like “golden hour, earthy tones, relaxed”, and click “Save board”.
  3. Open the board and add ideas: “Upload images” from your computer or phone, or paste a link (Pinterest, Instagram, a website) and click “Add link”. A caption is optional.

Share it with your client

  1. Click “Copy link” and send it to your client however you normally talk (email, text, DM).
  2. Tick “Let the client add their own images & links” (then “Save board”) if you want their ideas too. They can upload an image or paste a link, with their name and a caption, straight onto the board.
  3. Everything they add shows up on your copy of the board. Remove anything with the ✕ on the item.

💡 Mood boards are private: only people with the link can see them, and they're never shown on your portfolio.
